酒店设施不错，但是窗外没什么景观，服务员和前台接待都不是太热情。出门离商场和外滩都有一定距离，不方便。

预定的时候很不愉快，预订部态度傲慢，一定要出示信用卡，给她早期的信用卡还不能用。换到销售部预定也遭到冷落。后来才想到CHINAHOTEL预定，一切都很好，也不需要信用卡，顺利入住，以后还会来这里定的。
